In her upcoming talk, Belinda will explore the synergy between nutrition and scent in enhancing well-being and promoting restful sleep.

Brendan Murdock, our founder, is a sleep specialist dedicated to creating formulations and practices that enhance restorative rest. Drawn to London's nostalgic charm and the heritage of its historical apothecaries, Brendan merged his passion for botanicals and essential oils with a deep commitment to sleep science. Fuelled by a desire to reimagine the apothecary for modern life, he founded anatomē.
Brendan also created the brand Murdock London, passionate about taste and ingredients Brendan also created the award winning Shoreditch restaurant CRU in the early 2000's.
