Bespoke your own bath salts blend at anatomē Chiltern Street
Over the last year, we have seen a change in the rituals people are adopting at home. Bathing has been an important one. It’s a therapeutic ritual that has many benefits, from helping to reduce your blood pressure to improving mindfulness and helping you fall asleep. Bathing in a salt solution has been found to improve the skin barrier function, hydration and elasticity. Bathing can be a powerful tool for improving our overall health.
As an apothecary, we want to blend and mix bespoke products within our stores. To start, we are bespoking bath salts based on your needs to best support your wellbeing. We have a beautiful (refillable!) 1 liter apothecary glass jar that will be filled with the salts you create in our Discovery Room.
Our experts will help you choose between salts, botanicals, herbs, the scents that will support your wellbeing the best, and so much more. It’s a magical experience that makes you feel entirely cared for, special, and you know that you’ll go home with something that works just for you. You’ll discover how to care for yourself.
We’ll take you through our salt menu card, where we explain the benefits of bathing, the difference between the various salts, and you get to experience the scents of the oils. We’ll discuss your wellbeing needs, the scents you love the most, and how often you’re taking baths to help you choose what ingredients should go in your bespoke salt.
Once chosen, our expert mixes the ingredients, shakes them to distribute the essential oils throughout the mixture, and pours it into the bottle. They’ll apply the label and package it in the box with the ingredients card to remember why you chose these ingredients.
