Five years ago, when I founded anatomē, I never imagined I would be at the forefront of a global sleep revolution. But here we are - witnessing a profound shift where natural wellbeing is reclaiming its place over the digital dominance that once dictated our routines. Sleep, once an afterthought squeezed between long days and endless notifications, is now at the centre of the wellness conversation. And at anatomē, we believe this shift isn’t just necessary—it’s transformative, it's survival.

Botanicals have played a crucial role in relaxation and recovery for centuries, yet modern life has pushed them to the periphery. Now, as science catches up with nature’s wisdom, people are rediscovering what we’ve known all along: the right environment, paired with the right natural ingredients, can revolutionise the way we rest.  

When I created the anatomē sleep oils with my team, we didn’t fully appreciate just how impactful these formulations would be, or how deeply they would resonate with so many. Our goal was simple: to address the specific sleep challenges people face, and create natural, effective solutions to help them achieve better rest.

Each of these formulations shares a base of 18 carefully selected extracts, all working in harmony to create a truly restorative sleep experience.a
