How to Use

Before sleep, apply 1-2 drops on each suggested sensory point, massaging gently onto skin. For additional support, combine oil application with slow, deep breathing.

How to Use

  1. Boil Water: Heat fresh, filtered water to around 185°F (85°C). Avoid using boiling water as it can scald the delicate tea leaves and affect the taste.
  2. Measure Tea: Use approximately 1 teaspoon (2-3 grams) of Anatome Recovery + Sleep Loose Tea Blend per 8 ounces (240ml) of water. Adjust the amount based on your taste preference.
  3. Prepare Teapot/Infuser: Place the tea leaves into a teapot or infuser.
  4. Steeping Time: Pour the hot water over the tea leaves. Let it steep for 3-5 minutes, depending on how strong you prefer your tea. Steeping longer will intensify the flavor.
  5. Strain the Tea: If using a teapot, pour the brewed tea through a strainer into your mug or teacup to filter out the leaves. If you used an infuser, remove the infuser from your cup.
  6. Enjoy: Sip and savor the calming blend of Anatome Recovery + Sleep Tea. You can drink it plain or add honey, lemon, or a splash of milk if desired.

Tips:

  • Temperature: Water temperature is crucial for brewing tea. Using water that's too hot can result in a bitter taste.
  • Experiment: Feel free to adjust the tea-to-water ratio and steeping time to suit your personal taste.
